Pricing:
Paypal only

*Prices below apply to flat colored character with simple/patterned background animations for personal use.
For extras see below

• Full Character Animation: $35 Per Second
• Simple Loop: $30 Per Second
• Walk Cycle: $30
• Icon: $15

Extras:

Complex/Full background: + $5
Shaded: + $5
Additional character: + $30
Commercial use: + $?? (Depends on the commission / To be agreed)

Terms Of Service:

Payment:
• After describing exactly what will be included in the commission the price is agreed upon at the start
• I will require first half of the agreed price after the first pass is done (and revised if necessary)
• I will require second half of the agreed price + possible additional revision fees after the rough animation is done
Refund policy:
• Commisions are NOT refundable
Exceptions:
• Client only has the right to request a refund after I terminate communication for up to two weeks without prior notice
• If I am not able to finish the commission for any reason you are being fully refunded
I will NOT animate:
NSFW / Gore / Animals / Furries
Revisions:
• When the first pass of the animations is complete you may ask for revisions (for example on the movement of the character),
• As well as when the rough animation is done, you may ask for revisions then as well,
• If the changes requested are major there might be additional charges (Depends on the change)
Communication:
• I try to reply as soon as it is possible for me
• I will showcase every stage of the animation process and consult with the client on possible revisions
• If the communication is terminated for up to two weeks without prior notice, the commission is cancelled
Delivery time:
• Fully depends on the situation I'm in. The longer and more complex the animation - the longer it will take
• The client will always be informed of the estimated delivery time

My rights:

• I am allowed to use the commissioned animation in my portfolio.
• I am allowed to use the commissioned animation as future commission example.
• I still own the animation and am allowed to use it for promotion.

You are NOT allowed to:

• Use the commissioned animation for AI training
• Use the commissioned animation for NFTs
• Use the animation commercially if it was purchased for personal use
• Resell the commissioned animation
• Copy, trace or change the commissioned animation
